MEMBER— $25 per year*

Members are invited to all general events at SFG, including free Member Preview Nights of SFG events. Members are also invited to audit SFG workshops throughout the year on a space-available basis.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBER— $100 per year*

Professional Members are by invitation only, and must audition for the Artistic Committee. Our Professional Membership is divided into three categories: Actor, Director and Writer. Each Professional Member is invited to attend SFG general events and any special events throughout the year at no additional cost. Those professional members wishing to become a professional member in a second category must meet that second category's audition and acceptance requirements, and if accepted, pay 50% of the regular dues for that second category, in addition to the full dues for the first category.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

ACTOR**

The audition consists of two prepared contrasting monologues (from published work) no more than five minutes total, one cold reading and a brief interview. Professional Actor Members are welcome to participate as actors in any of the Tuesday Night's at SFG Labs, and in any Showcase performances throughout the year.

DIRECTOR

A scheduled Director's Lab slot will serve as the audition. Professional Director Members are welcome to attend each Director's Lab, and any Showcase performances throughout the year. Professional Director Members may also apply for the Directors Mentorship Program (Check status of program with Tim Byron Owen.

WRITER

A submitted sample of work will serve as the audition. Professional Writer Members are welcome to attend each Writer's Lab, are invited to submit projects for SFG Showcases, and are guaranteed one staged reading of an original piece per year.

* New members are generally accepted the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) with dues covering the calendar year. All dues are non-refundable.

**Professional Actor Members preferring to 'pay as they go' have two options, providing they are current paid-up Members. Option 1) pay $15 per calendar month, due the first of the month; Option 2) pay $5 per qualifying evening/special event, due prior to entrance.

NOTE: Professional Actor Members choosing either of these options are invited to participate in SFG showcases on a 'as scheduling permits' basis only.
